1. Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
First-time subscribers on annual plans can request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if fewer than 100 generations were used. Email billing@biotiqueai.in.
3. Pay-as-you-go credits
API and credit purchases are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
4. Failed generations
If a generation fails on our end due to a technical issue, we automatically refund the credit. No action required from you.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@biotiqueai.in from the address on your account. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
